Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?’
– We are a manufacturer.
Q: Does your company have the export license?
– Yes, we have more than 20 years export experience.
Q: What is your delivery term?
– By sea or by air
Q: What is your term of payment?
– Any order valued less than USD 1000 has to be 100% prepaid
– D/A and O/A will not be acceptable
– Any order valued over USD 1000: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
– Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most of business.
Q: How long will be the lead time for the orders to us?
– The lead time for our orders depends on the pump type, use of material, and order quantity.
– The lead time is calculated from the date of receiving the L/C or the advance payment.
Q: Do we have minimum order requirement?
– MOQ for each order is 1 piece.
– 18 Months after shipment or 12 Months after installation, whichever comes sooner.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it for free?
– No we do not provide samples.
Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
– Pump head, capacity, medium composition, medium temperature, pump material, voltage, power, frequency, quantity. If possible, please provide the picture of the nameplate if it’s a replace pump.
